Work Groups Help Organize Your Staff

Use work groups to organize your staff and shorten the employee list on the PunchMe screen. Create work groups for departments, divisions or entire companies and assign employees to one or more of those work groups.

Work groups help with reporting and time review processes. For example, individual supervisors can run their department's time cards, projects, and employee listings reports. Those reports can also be run at higher levels such as by division, subsidiary, and company.

  • Use work groups on the PunchMe screen to reduce the size of the employee list for easier entry.
  • Managers can print time cards for their own work groups.
  • Monitor projects with reports showing time worked by project for a work group.
  • Organize employees into work groups to help supervisors track their employees.
