TimeScout Helps Manage Your Employees

TimeScout makes it easy to add new employees to the database. TimeScout uses the Employee screen to help you manage your employees.

  • Enter contact information for each employee to keep up to date records and emergency contact phone numbers.
  • Assign employees to one or more "workgroups" for reporting by workgroups and to reduce the size of the employee list when checking in and out.
  • Simplify communication by sending a message to an employee that is displayed when they next punch the clock.
  • Know which employees are currently in the office by displaying a report listing all employees that are "punched in."
  • See who is late by displaying a report that shows all employees not currently "punched in."
