TimeScout Manages Punches

Supervisors use TimeScout to manage employee work periods and make any necessary adjustments.

PunchMe displays a warning message if an employee forgets to punch in or out.
Supervisors can correct punches and manually enter missed punches within TimeScout.
Quickly identify incomplete work periods on employee time cards.
Supervisors create time off work periods for employees on vacation, sick leave, or any time off category that you define.

Time Card With Incomplete Work Periods This time card shows incomplete work periods by placing a "*" next to the time worked.	Editing a Punch Supervisors use the time card edit screen to create new punches or modify existing ones.	Did Not Punch Out Message PunchMe displays a message when employees forget to check in or out.
